This Future City Competition is an amazing program to inspire students about engineering and learning opportuniies for students, teachers, and schools empowering ablitities in science, math, and language arts. Our first year in participating in this program has been enlightening and exciting. Students are already working to improve their entries for next year. They received a Special Award for "Most Efficient Transportation System in a Future City". We thank FIU and Engineer Judges adn Directors for their input and encouragement they gave to our students. An amazing opportunity for middle school students to collaborate and focus on their futures in engineering.
